Schedule a free consultation to answer any questions about my services and to make sure we are a good match to work together
Doula Services include:
One or two prenatal meetings, depending on your wants and needs, to discuss your pregnancy, to find out how you envision your labor and birth, to address any fears or concerns you wish to express, and to review your written birth plan (if applicable)
Email and phone support from the date of hire as long as you may need it
24 hour on-call availability two weeks before your estimated due date until you deliver
Continuous support during labor and delivery at your home, the hospital, or birth center
Labor and delivery photos with your camera if desired
Postpartum support for up to 2 hours after delivery, helping with initial breastfeeding if desired
One postpartum visit to discuss the birth experience and to see how you and baby are doing, as well as continued phone and email support

My birth doula fee is $1,000, payable in full or in increments of:
$500 non refundable deposit at the time of hire
$250 at 32 weeks of pregnancy
$250 at 36 weeks of pregnancy
Additional travel fee charged for Hampton and Newport News births.
